Fixed virtual account numbers allow you to offer a personalised experience to your customers. Fixed virtual accounts are used for bank transfer payments. All you have to do is share a fixed virtual account number with your customer for them to make a payment to you. They are ideal for payments with no expiry dates.

Your account must have undergone our KYC verification process before you can create a fixed virtual account.

How to create a fixed virtual account

1. Navigate to the ‘Payments’ tab on your dashboard

2. Click on ‘Fixed virtual account’

3. Enter the account name and click ‘create account.’

When will I receive the payment?

The payment is processed instantly, and you will be settled in line with our settlement schedule.

What are the transaction charges?

We charge 2% (1.4% transaction fee + 0.6% platform fee).

Is this available for both NGN and GHS virtual account numbers?

No, you can only create NGN fixed virtual account numbers.
